Yisrael Dancziger | President & CEO

Yisrael Dancziger co-founded Digital Fuel. He has a proven track record of leadership in building and operating flexible, execution-oriented organizations from inception through hyper-growth. Yisrael brings to Digital Fuel a wealth of strategic and operational experience from both public and private companies, including Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd. (TEVA), Arotech Corporation (ARTX), and Minicom Advanced Systems, Ltd. Yisrael also co-founded Coridan Inc, a pioneer in distributed messaging solutions. Yisrael and his wife Bat-Ami are also the founders and owners of an organic Community Supported Agricultural (CSA) farm in Israel.

Amnon Landan | Investor and Former Chairman and CEO of Mercury Interactive

Amnon Landan is a 2003 Forbes Entrepreneur of the Year and former Chairman and CEO of Mercury Interactive. A founder of Mercury Interactive in November 1989, Mr. Landan held numerous management positions over 16 years with the firm. He was the leading force behind the company, building it into one of the most successful software firms in the world with revenues just under $1 billion. Mr. Landan holds a B.Sc. degree in computer sciences from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Peter Solvik | Partner, Sigma Partners

Peter Solvik is currently a managing director at Sigma. He possessed more than 20 years of experience at leading high technology companies when he joined Sigma in 2002. Most recently Peter was senior vice president of Cisco Systems, reporting to CEO John Chambers. Peter had worldwide responsibility for information technology, internet initiatives and productivity strategy. Prior to that, Peter managed IT at Cisco for nearly 10 years, from January 1993 to September 2002, during the company's explosive growth from under $500 million to nearly $20 billion in annual sales run rate. He also served as CIO from 1994 to 2001, and conceived and formed Cisco's Internet Business Solutions Group. While at Cisco, Peter was named to the CIO 100 four times by CIO Magazine, and was chosen as one of "the 25 most powerful executives in Networking" by Network World. Peter has been quoted in articles on IT and eBusiness in Fortune, the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, the Economist, the New York Times, Information Week, CIO Magazine, and many other publications and books, and has been keynote speaker at more than 50 industry conferences on information technology and business. Peter received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was recently appointed to the Board of Overseers of The College of Business.

Mark Kremer | Chief Executive Officer, Precise Software Solutions

Mark Kremer is the Chief Executive Officer of Precise Software Solutions, an application performance management software company. Mark has a distinguished background in technology management and entrepreneurship with more than 15 years of experience as a successful Silicon Valley executive and entrepreneur. Prior to becoming a partner at Benchmark, Mark served as CEO of Broadbase Software Inc., a leading provider of e-business applications. Mark received early funding from Benchmark Capital when he founded Broadbase in November, 1995. As Broadbase CEO, he recruited an outstanding executive team and led the company to a leadership position in the e-business applications market. Broadbase now provides critical e-commerce infrastructure applications to hundreds of companies worldwide, including ADP, Cisco Systems, Fidelity Investments, Hewlett Packard, Kodak, The Sharper Image, and United Airlines. In the 9 years prior to founding Broadbase, Mark held several executive positions in high-profile Silicon Valley companies, including Oracle and Verity. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 1986, Mark was one of the pioneering engineers of Motorola Semiconductor in Israel. Mark also serves on the Board of Directors of Mirantis, MonoSphere, and Siliquent. He holds a BSc Degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (Haifa).

Gal Hayut | Partner, Apax Partners

Gal Hayut has been a partner at Apax Partners since 2000. Prior to joining Apax, Gal held several senior management positions at Eli Lilly & Co. in Tel Aviv and Indianapolis and, before that, at Orbotech (Optrotech), where he led the research and development of numerous product lines in the area of CAD/CAM. At Apax Partners, Gal focuses on early stage technology investments. He has worked closely with many portfolio companies including Tdsoft, MobileAccess Networks, Mobixell, Crescendo, and Wisair. Gal holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in computer engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology in Haifa.

Neil Cohen | Founder and Managing Partner, Israel Seed Partners

Neil Cohen is the founder and managing partner of Israel Seed Partners. Prior to joining Israel Seed Partners, Neil served as the Business Editor of The Jerusalem Post and was the founding editor of the Jerusalem Post Money Magazine. Neil also served as a venture capital investment advisor at NM Rothschild & Sons in London for three years. He made a seed money investment in Biodar, a micro-encapsulation company that was subsequently acquired by Makhteshim-Agan (TASE:MAIN). Neil was also a co-investor in Accent Software (NASDAQ: ACNTF). Currently Neil serves on several Boards of Directors, including Finjan, Ultrashape, Broadlight, Xtellus, and Topspin Medical. He holds an MA with first class honors from Oxford University.

Michael Eisenberg | General Partner, Benchmark Capital

Michael Eisenberg is currently a general partner at Benchmark Capital. Michael has been a key figure in Internet and software investing in Israel since 1995, playing a central role in the development of many of Israel's leading companies and startups. Prior to joining Benchmark, Michael was a partner at Israel Seed Partners for eight years. Michael joined Israel Seed in 1997 from Jerusalem Global, where he started and headed the firm's successful investment banking group and partnership with Montgomery Securities. Michael serves on the board of Snunit, Israel's foremost nonprofit organization, specializing in integrating technology and the Internet into Israel's elementary schools. Michael also lectures frequently on the topics of venture capital and entrepreneurship at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Michael holds a BA in Political Science from Yeshiva University in New York.
