Yisrael Dancziger | President & CEOYisrael Dancziger co-founded Digital Fuel and is responsible for leading the company’s high growth business and customer success. He has a proven track record of leadership in building and operating flexible, execution-oriented organizations from inception through hyper-growth. Yisrael brings to Digital Fuel a wealth of strategic and operational experience from both public and private companies, including Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd. (TEVA), Arotech Corporation (ARTX), and Minicom Advanced Systems, Ltd. Yisrael also co-founded Coridan Inc, a pioneer in distributed messaging solutions. Yisrael and his wife Bat-Ami are also the founders and owners of an organic Community Supported Agricultural (CSA) farm in Israel. |

Vincent Fleming | CFOVincent Fleming serves as the company's CFO and is responsible for all global finance and administrative functions. A software industry veteran, Vincent has more than 15 years of experience managing financial performance. Most recently Vincent was CFO at Epicentric, Inc., an enterprise portal software company, where he was instrumental in the company's acquisition by Vignette Corporation. Prior to Epicentric, Vincent was CFO at Attest Systems, a software firm focused on the desktop asset management space. He was also a member of the IPO team at Wink Communications. Vincent has also served as interim CFO at Laszlo Systems, and as finance director at Redefining Progress, a progressive nonprofit focused on sustainability and social justice. Vincent has a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Duke University and an MBA from Tulane University, and is a certified public accountant. |

Tom Schaefer | Executive Vice President of MarketingTom is responsible for all marketing operations. A seasoned software executive, Tom brings to Digital Fuel more than 20 years of marketing experience in corporate strategy, product management, and development of enterprise software solutions in both domestic and international markets. Prior to Digital Fuel, Tom was the General Manager at i2 Technologies, Inc. for the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) business unit. Prior to i2, Tom held senior executive positions at Aspect Development, Inc., where he contributed significantly to the company's revenue growth leading up to its acquisition by i2 Technologies for $9 billion. Prior to Aspect, Tom's executive management experiences included international marketing for a software division of Schlumberger (when he was based in Europe) and field sales management, as well as delivering business results instrumental in two successful IPO's. Tom holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science degree. |

Joe Pynadath | Vice President of North America Sales OperationsJoe serves as the vice president of North America sales operations and is responsible for driving Digital Fuel’s sales to meet the accelerating demand for the company’s SaaS solutions throughout the NAM region. Joe comes to Digital Fuel with over 16 years of software and management experience in a wide range of IT operations and application management technologies. Joe most recently was the Senior Vice President of Sales at Replay Solutions. While at Replay, Joe spearheaded their entrance into the enterprise market. Prior to Replay, Joe was the Director of Sales for HP Software’s Emerging Businesses in the Americas which helped HP grow new strategic market areas such as IT Governance, Change Management, & SOA Management. Prior to HP, Joe was at Mercury Interactive for several years, where he held a variety of different senior management roles. His most recent role during his tenure at Mercury was as the Director of Sales for its ITIL business. Joe helped transform Mercury into a significant player in this market, resulting in impressive growth as it became a $40 million business. Before Mercury, Joe worked at Intel where he held a number of different management and engineering positions. Joe holds a B.S degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. |

Shahar Tzafrir | Executive Vice President of EMEA Field OperationsAs executive vice president of EMEA field operations, Shahar is responsible for driving sales to meet the accelerating demand for the company's SaaS solutions throughout the EMEA region. Shahar's experience is perfectly suited for ensuring end-to-end customer success throughout the EMEA region – from the initial customer contact and sale through deployment and ongoing support. Shahar brings more than 15 years of in-depth experience in software and sales at such accounts as SAP, Visa, Vodafone, Lockheed Martin, T-Systems, Belgacom, and others. He is recognized as a leading authority on service level agreements (SLA) and business process outsourcing (BPO). Shahar's previous experience also includes a management position at BAAN. Shahar is a graduate of the IDF Mamram computer division, and the recipient of four outstanding achievement decorations from the IDF. |

Sangeeta Chakraborty | Vice President of North America Professional ServicesAs Vice President of North America Professional Services, Sangeeta is responsible for driving Digital Fuel’s customer success throughout the North American region. Sangeeta has over 15 years of professional services and management experience, serving various key markets and industries. Prior to Digital Fuel, Sangeeta was most recently Senior Director, Global Services Operations at InQuira, setting up and revamping professional services delivery and operations over North America as well as Europe and APAC. While at InQuira, Sangeeta enabled professional services to be the key player for customer success, by early partnership during the sales process, active project delivery and passionate post implementation support. Prior to InQuira, Sangeeta has held professional services management positions at Interwoven and key delivery and customer success roles at Vitria Technology, Fujitsu Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services. Sangeeta has an M.B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India. |

Anat Birnboim | Vice President of R&DAnat is the general manager of our Israeli operation and Vice President of Research and Development, with responsibility for all product development, quality assurance, and technical documentation. Anat brings more than 15 years of experience in software design and development at NDS and Amdocs (DOX). Anat holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Hebrew University. |
