Mitsucon to Distribute Digital Fuel's ServiceFlow: Performance™

BRISBANE, CA - July 18, 2001

Digital Fuel a leading provider of Sourcing Relationship Management solutions, today announced it has selected Sao Paulo, Brazil-based Mitsucon to represent Digital Fuel's ServiceFlow: Performance™ in Brazil. Terms of the agreement call for Mitsucon to distribute and provide end-user support and training for ServiceFlow: Performance™ throughout the country.

ServiceFlow: Performance™ provides an out-of-the-box Service Management platform for IT outsourcers and their customers that allows them to automatically manage every aspect of their IT outsourcing contracts.
